By accessing this website or placing an order with Iron Stitch Co (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Iron Stitch Co provides:

• Custom embroidery
• Custom laser engraving
• Apparel customization
• Bulk and business branding services
   

All products are custom-made based on customer specifications.

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

• Correct spelling
• Correct sizing
• Correct quantities
• Accurate shipping address
   

Iron Stitch Co is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.

If a digital proof is provided:

• Production will not begin until written approval is received.
• Approval confirms that design, placement, colors, and spelling are correct.

Once approved, changes may incur additional fees.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

• Full payment may be required before production begins.
• Orders will not enter production until payment is successfully processed.
• Iron Stitch Co does not store credit card information.
   

We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment is declined or flagged for fraud.

Production times vary depending on:

• Order size
• Design complexity
• Material availability
   

Estimated turnaround times are not guarantees.

Iron Stitch Co is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Shipping carriers
• Supply chain issues
• Artwork approval delays
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, power outages, etc.)
   

Because all items are custom-made:

• All sales are final.
• No refunds or exchanges are provided once production begins.
• Deposits (if applicable) are non-refundable.
   

If an error is made by Iron Stitch Co, we will remake the item or correct the issue at our discretion.

Customers must notify us within 5 business days of receiving an order if:

• Items are defective
• Items were damaged during production
   

Photographic evidence may be required.

Iron Stitch Co is not responsible for damage caused after delivery.

By submitting artwork, logos, or designs, you confirm that:

• You own the rights to the artwork, OR
• You have authorization to reproduce it.
   

Iron Stitch Co is not liable for trademark or copyright violations resulting from customer-submitted designs.

We reserve the right to refuse designs that are offensive, illegal, or infringe on intellectual property.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Iron Stitch Co is not responsible for:

• Shipping delays
• Lost packages after confirmed delivery
• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customer
   

Once an order is transferred to the carrier, responsibility shifts to the shipping provider.

Iron Stitch Co’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order.

We are not liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Lost profits
• Business interruption
• Brand damage resulting from delayed orders
   

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana.
